HOUSE BILL NO. 478 An Act allowing licensed real estate                        
brokers, associate real estate brokers, and real estate salespersons to        
prepare certain documents; and providing for an effective date                 
which had been placed at the bottom of today's calendar (page 3925)            
was read the second time.                                                      
                                                                               
Senator Kelly moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption               
of the Labor and Commerce Senate Committee Substitute offered on               
page 3111.  Without objection, SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL

Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be             
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final            
passage.  Senator Donley objected.
